Areas of redness and broken capillaries can be eliminated. Moles, skin tags, sebaceous cysts, lipomas and keloids can also be treated successfully. Most moles and skin lesions are non cancerous. These lesions can be removed safely and effectively by a trained physician. Some lesions, however, can develop into cancerous lesions, so its best to consult a physician if you notice changes in your moles/skin lesions.
Cosmetic Mole and Lesion Removal
The most common mole removal technique is removing the mole by "shave excision". This procedure involves cutting out the entire mole and stitching the sides back together. Shave excision is a simple procedure used to treat protruding benign skin moles and lesions. This in-office procedure, though simple, is highly dependent on the skill of the physician. Dr Armogan is an expert at mole removal. Dr Armogan uses vary fine sutures to stitch the scar, however, moles removed with this technique will result in a small scar. But at AQUA MEDICAL we have a number of treatments available that can fade away the resulting scar until its nearly unnoticeable. These include lasers and intense pulsed light equipment.
